Our book comes out today. A friend asked us if we felt a bit vulnerable with making our journey public. We never thought about it in those terms until books where being shipped from Amazon!
This venture of writing was not initiated on our own. As we journeyed we met many who encouraged us to share our stories and insights along the way. There were many times when the stories of others deeply encouraged us.
But the process of writing was such an unusual time in our lives. Grueling really and at times a painful process. We offer our book in humility knowing that all glory goes to God for any good this may offer readers.
We wrote the book as a sort of navigational guide to help you chart a course for experiencing a deep and fulfilling spirituality in the life and Way of Jesus. We hope you will be encouraged on your spiritual pilgrimage to:
Experience the love and reality of Jesus Gain courage to journey and not to settle for anything less than fullness in Jesus Be on guard against pitfalls that will hinder your freedom in Jesus Experience the love, power, and truth of Jesus in community Join with others to experience and embody the Way of Jesus in and across cultures
Greetings from Switzerland. An excellent website. Congratulations. The flash movie is extraordinary.

In The Way of Jesus we join Jonathan and Jennifer Campbell as they journey from an upwardly mobile career in organized religion to the simplicity of Jesus’ command “follow me.” They have dared to believe the words of Jesus and embrace them as guidelines for living.
Their 5 questions on page 15 haunt most serious disciples of Christ, and are similar to the questions my husband and I pondered years ago as a result of reading Francis Schaeffer. We wrestled with the answers, but in the end cataloged our conclusions as lofty ideals and thereby sadly excused ourselves from living out the obvious conclusions.
Jonathan and Jennifer, on the other hand, struggled and yet managed to summon the courage and resolve to live out the answers which have taken them from being:
puritans—who seek to purify the existing structures, to
pilgrims—who strike out on a journey of discovery, to
pioneers—who lead the way into new territory.
Thus they give us their story—a report from pioneers who invite us to join them on the challenging adventure that is The Way of Jesus.

Thank you for sharing your heart with others through this book. You do in print what I’ve seen you do in person. Congratulations Campbells!
